Dr. Chhaya Sambharya Prasad

Dr. Chhaya Sambharya Prasad is a highly experienced Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician, Adolescent Health Expert, and Child Rights Advocate with over 22 years of Pediatric Practice out of which 18 years exclusively in child development, autism, and intellectual disabilities. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of ASHA Child Care & Development Clinic and the CEO of the Autism Care Network Foundation (NGO), dedicated to improving the lives of children with developmental and learning disorders.
Her work has been instrumental in shaping early intervention programs, parent and teacher training, and specialized therapies to support children with neurodevelopmental challenges. As the former In-Charge of GRIID, Chandigarh, she has pioneered inclusive education initiatives and led national and international training programs on autism and child development. Driven by her vision for empowering children and promoting inclusion, she continues to advocate for a world where every child receives the care, education, and support they deserve.
